These terms apply to the SMS messages sent and received as part of the messaging service provided by K&H Yard Services & Landscaping. By giving us your number and agreeing to be contacted, you accept these terms.

Consent to receive messages

You must give express consent before K&H Yard Services & Landscaping sends you a text message. You can give that consent by submitting a form on this website, by signing a paper form, or verbally while speaking with us. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.

Standard message and data rates may apply to every message you send or receive. What you pay is set by your mobile carrier and by your own plan, not by us.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will remove you from SMS communications. You will get one confirmation message and nothing after that. Replying STOP ends text messages only, so we may still contact you by phone or email about work already in progress.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect through this service, how we use it and who it is shared with. Mobile numbers and consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Delivery is not guaranteed

K&H Yard Services & Landscaping cannot guarantee that a message arrives, or that it arrives on time. Delivery depends on your carrier, your device and network conditions, none of which are under our control. Do not rely on a text message for anything urgent.

Your obligations

Give us a number you are entitled to use, and tell us if it changes or is reassigned. Do not use this service to send anything unlawful, abusive, or intended to harass or harm another person.
